Canon History:
Having recovered Predacon CNA, Shockwave successfully cloned one of the great beasts, storing it in his lab until he had a purpose for it. He brought the creature online and took it to Earth to hunt Autobots for the oh so wonderful Lord Megatron. Shockwave gave it a whiff of Wheeljack's energon, dispatching it afterwards, the predacon quickly finding the Wrecker at some abandoned mines. Wheeljack and Bulkhead fought the creature, first trying to blow it up with a grenade, then luring it into an explosive-laden mine in an attempt to destroy it. The beast emerged triumphant, only for Ultra Magnus to arrive in his ship and fire at it. It continued to dog the starship, clinging to the top of it until Magnus managed to knock it off by flying through a canyon. The Predacon returned to Megatron's citadel, where Starscream reflected it was a pity it couldn't tell them why it failed, to which Predaking attempted to melt the seeker with his glare.
When Darkmount came under attack, the Predacon was unleashed to attack the Autobots. It began chasing Ultra Magnus's ship, but was tricked into flying through a GroundBridge to the Arctic, where it swiftly froze becoming stranded. (And, of course, no one came looking for him because the Decepticons are dicks.)
Some time later, the temperature in the Arctic rose to a sufficient level to allow the Predacon to free itself. It swiftly tracked down the Nemesis, and Megatron decided to assign it to Starscream while Shockwave continued work on cloning more Predacons. After several hilarious attempts to make the beast compliant, Starscream was ordered to deploy it against the Autobots currently attacking one of the dig sites. The Predacon attacked Ultra Magnus, Bulkhead, and Wheeljack, eventually causing a cave-in after swatting away Wheeljack's grenade. The cave-in unearthed a Predacon optic, the sight of which awakened a memory in the beast. It brought the eye to Starscream, then engaged Miko Nakadai, who had acquired the Apex Armor. Overhearing Megatron's demand that the bone fragment be brought to him, the Predacon complied and left the rest to Starscream.
Back at the Nemesis, the Predacon responded to Starscream's continued orders with a swipe of his tail that missed the Decepticon but demolished the ship's communications array. Starscream frantically tried to fix it, eventually attempting to reboot the network by entering an override access code into a computer console. The Predacon watched him and later, when alone, it entered Starscream's access code into the computer and began to call up information on the origins and existence of Predacons.
During a tour of Shockwave's off-site laboratory, the Predacon revealed his intelligence and ability to transform to his fellow Cybertronians. He offered to lead the Predacons on Megatron's behalf as "Predaking", but Megatron was wary of giving control of an army more powerful than his own to someone else. On Starscream's advice, he arranged for the termination of the clones using the Autobots discovering the lab as a pretense. Predaking fell for the ruse, engaging Ultra Magnus and Wheeljack after they destroyed the clones. He disabled both and destroyed the Forge of Solus Prime, but was stopped from delivering the final blow by Optimus Prime.
Predaking continued to believe that once Cybertron was restored, Megatron would resurrect the rest of the Predacon race. As the Decepticons worked to repair the Omega Lock, Predaking was dispatched to Antarctica to battle the Autobots. He battled with Optimus Prime at length, and though he was almost buried under a glacier at one point, he eventually got the better of the Autobot leader and sent Prime crashing into the ground. He was prevented from finishing Optimus off when Megatron instructed him to make sure the target of the Decepticon mission was kept safe, and he had to retrieve Shockwave and a generator from the Solaris particle collider building. Back on the Nemesis, he found that the Decepticons had captured Ratchet, whom Megatron promised would be his to terminate once the Autobot's usefulness had ended
True to Megatron's word, Predaking was presented with Ratchet as a plaything; however, once the Autobot revealed that Megatron had arranged for the Autobots to find Shockwave's lab, Predaking went on a rampage through the ship. After demolishing every Vehicon in his path, the Predacon attacked Megatron and almost got the better of his former leader. A missile to the back from Starscream rattled him enough that Megatron was able to blast him out of an airlock.
Yeah. He blasted a dragon out into the sky. Yep.
Predaking managed to hang onto the ship and when the Autobots navigated it back to Cybertron, the predacon leader took off and headed off to find himself a place to rest. His quest took him to a bast predacon burial ground and it was here that Predaking stayed by himself until he was approached by Bumblebee and the others when they required is assistance in stopping Megatron. At first he wanted nothing to do with them but upon finding out that two of his brethren had been brought back to life by Shockwave, the dragon lord quickly took the two under his wing and they grasped a new purpose:
Stop Unicron from destroying Cybertron.
Predaking, along with his two fellow Predacons, assisted in the final battle for Cybertron and held back the enemy forces as best they could, fighting hard to keep them from reaching the core of Cybertron. After Optimus sacrificed himself, Predaking and his brethren took off to deal with one final Decepticon--
Starscream. Yeah it didn't end well for him.
CRAU History: N/A
Personality:
Predaking is an interesting individual. Sure, he's interesting because he's a giant robotic dragon and all but there's more to it than that. He's interesting because he's learning and as he learns more and becomes more self aware, in a sense, he begins to develop more and more in his own right.
So, let's start at the beginning.
Natural instincts drive Predaking to be a loyal predator. He follows orders when they are given by his true master, at least the being that was his master at the time, and he will not stop until he completes the task he's been given. Nothing will come between him and doing so and if something or someone tries, then he'll just eliminate them; it's really just as simple as that. His loyalty extends beyond just his former master, attached to his fellow Predacons as well. He feels deeply for them, a protective sort of attitude that drives him to want the best for them and to keep them from harm. (Which is why Megatron's orders to kill them hit him so hard when he found out.)
As he's begun to develop into his own more, Predaking has shown that he is very much aware of how others act towards those around them, good at reading body language especially. His animalistic instincts are what helps that process along and has heightened his normal Cybertronian senses into something akin to a living creature. (Shockwave's tweaking also helped with this. So, thanks for that, Shocks!) If you lie to him or treat him like a lower being, he won't hesitate to tell you just how wrong you are and will generally react violently. He just wants the respect he feels he deserves given all that he has done for the Decepticons in the past--though they showed him just how much that meant to them in the long run.
Sadness is a feeling that is rather new to Predaking, having first hit him after the destruction of his brethren in Shockwave's labs. He's quite capable of feeling it, and compassion, though he does his best to keep control of himself when in the presence of other, even if it is a bit difficult for him at the moment as its still so new to him. Unlike some Cybertronians though, Predaking has no intentions to shut out these emotions completely, well aware that he can become stronger if he learns to master them.
Happiness is an emotion that Predaking has yet to truly discover for himself. He's felt that pride in regards to his brethren and the honor when praised by those he once served, but happiness is almost completely foreign to him. He knows of it and what it means but Predaking doesn't know what it feels like--or at least he can't remember. (He is a clone, after all, and not everything carries over when you're a clone.) On the other hand though, pride is something that Predaking has and doesn't hide in the presence of anyone. He knows he's strong and skilled and will gladly show you if you push him the wrong way.
And the one feeling that Predaking is most familiar with, especially now, is the desire for revenge. He wants nothing more than to make Megatron pay for the crimes he committed and intends to do so. (Remember how I said he sees every mission through? Yeah, this is no different.) These days, it's what drives him and keeps him going; it's his purpose at this point.
The question is..what happens when you take away a predacon's purpose?
Powers/Abilities:
+Predaking's breath is hotter than the planet Mercury, which has highs of 700 Kelvin (or 427 degrees Celsius/800 degrees Fahrenheit) during the daytime hours. So, just fyi, don't get in the way of his fire breath because it won't end well for you.
+He has natural fighting instincts or a kill drive, if you will. If he's after something, he won't stop until he gets it and has the means of beating the life out of any individual he crosses whether he's in bot mode or in beast mode. His main weapons, outside of his fire breath in beast mode, are his claws and tail (which he can't use in bot mode mind you). His overall size in comparison to other Cybertronians also allows him to just sort of..toss them around like ragdolls if they aren't careful. (He's strong. Really really strong. So strong that he was easily able to pick up a giant Stalactite that was dropped on him and toss it back at the Autobots like it was nothing.)
+He can fly. :B It's shown in the series that he is able to fly long distances without any trouble, his body and system developed to properly maintain his energy for such a feat.

First Person Sample: (Reusing old sample)
WHERE IS HE?!
[Someone's angry~ Very very angry~
The predacon doesn't know where he is or why he's there but he doesn't like it. He should be near the Nemesis preparing to attack Megatron again but the other isn't there and this isn't Earth.
At least, he doesn't think it is.]
Megatron! I will rip you to shreds once I find you!
[Each word ends with a growl, his vents cycling heavily and were he in beast mode, he'd probably be destroying a lot of things with tail whips at the moment.]
I will destroy all of your Decepticons just as you destroyed my brethren!
Third Person Sample:
It was an odd sensation, going from the Cybertron he had come to live on with Team Prime and his own brethren to this Cybertron, which was a far cry from what he was familiar with. There was a different feel to the place, a different life source that wanted to be familiar but Predaking couldn't find the same resonance with it. It was almost off-putting the way he both wanted to accept it but at the same time wanted to flee, knowing that something was amiss.
Gliding through the skies after his arrival, the predacon survived the area, mapping it all out for his own knowledge as he tried to figure out how he had arrived in such a strange version of his hope. The purple mists made his sensors cry out in warning and he made certain to stay far from them, keeping his path around the areas that seem inhabited.
It was a small group on the ground below, from what he could tell, but there were Cybertronians. Even some..familiar signatures, oddly enough.
A low rumble escaped him as he made up his mind, finally tucking his wings some and allowing himself to start spiraling down to the ground below. Once close enough, his wings spread and he landed carefully, jaws glowing softly before he transformed. Claws curled into fists then relaxed as he straightened up, Predaking surveying the area before honing in on the two familiar signatures.
Bulkhead and Knockout. Perhaps they would have the answers he sought.
Final Notes: Nope! I think everything's been covered. C:
